Brandy Thill is a strategic leader who blends deep expertise in people operations with a modern approach to organizational growth. A SHRM-CP and certified in Strategic AI Leadership in Business, she brings mastery in compliance, growth systems, organizational change management, resource planning, and people analytics.
Brandy’s true strength lies in uncovering what drives employees and aligning that with organizational goals. She believes work should be meaningful and fulfilling—when employees thrive, so do the companies they serve. A constant learner, she continually expands her knowledge to bring fresh, innovative perspectives to the organizations she supports.
Outside of work, Brandy embodies the vibrant spirit of New Orleans. She has a spontaneous streak, always willing to try anything once—from adventurous travel to new cuisines. She thrives on contributing, whether volunteering in her community, lifting others up, or sharing her knowledge. A passionate music lover with a deep appreciation for art in all its forms, Brandy also finds joy in biking—an activity that reflects her energy, balance, and love of exploration. A devoted mother, she infuses curiosity, creativity, and connection into everything she does.
Dana Borror
Dana thrives at the intersection of structure and culture, where the maze of talent acquisition, accountability, and goal alignment is reimagined into systems that actually work. With a career dedicated to helping remote tech start-ups move beyond the ordinary, she orchestrates processes that not only put the right people in the right seats, but also ensure employees understand how their contributions support the broader company vision.
Her approach is anything but static—she delves into the challenge of performance management, culture, and engagement, crafting frameworks that turn ambiguity into clarity and growth. With the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) baked into her approach, Dana helps leaders bring discipline and accountability to their organizations, aligning vision, people, and processes in a way that scales. For her, every challenge is an opportunity to build stronger organizations—where engaged employees fuel both company performance and professional fulfillment.
Outside of work, Dana leads a vibrant life—mother of two, camping junkie, world traveler, cancer survivor, and proud Virgo who finds joy in order and design. As an ENFJ, she combines strategic vision with the ability to turn complexity into action.
